Job DescriptionIn this position you would be working to manage both the global and domestic compliance rules and regulations. Also you would be in charge of preventing problems and misconducts for the company.
Other responsibilities include, establishing compliance systems, implementing global compliance measures to local policies. Working with other departments to establish and enforce rules and regulations.
Also, communicating with the regional compliance team on a frequent basis.
Requirements- Excellent communication skills, (Fluent in Japanese and English), strong writing skills
- Pref. Experience in Insurance industry but other Financial Industry experience welcome
- Experience in Compliance or other related depts (Legal, Management, Planning, control)
- Strong compliance skills and able to investigate problems
- Team minded and able to work under time constraints
- University Degree
- Proficiency in MS Office
