Job Description

Manager role is central to every project. From being responsible for the project’s work plan and deadline to guiding all team members, the manager also evaluates and summarizes results, communicates solutions to clients while actively participating in client presentations and proposal writings.

Key responsibilities:
• Collaborating with Partners to structure the project
• Overseeing project execution of project deliverables and team’s progress
• Mentoring, providing thought leadership and technical expertise to junior team members (Ex: apprenticeship)
• Developing an industry expertise and alignment that is compelling to clients

• 6-year relevant experience showing progressive promotion & achievement
• Strategic Consulting Experience with a consulting firm
• Experience in overseeing complex analytics
• Outstanding presentation & written communication skills
• Clear project management & team leadership proven experience
• Experience working & relationship building with senior-level clients
• MBA, PhD or other advanced degrees preferred
