Job Description
Working in administration for after sales, your job responsibilities will include:
• Respond to inquiries from boutique staff all over Japan, over phone and e-mail, related to any after-sales services, such as inquiries concerning repairs and delivery date
• Confirming the content of goods received by boutique, quality assurance of completed repairs (jewellery, watches, accessories)
• Manage communication between different repair teams and contractors, liaison for confirmation of repair content and delivery date, including communication with US HQ
• Handle and analyse surveys of boutique satisfaction and after-sales service
• Join any projects related to improving the after-sales service level at boutiques and within the contact centre
• Data input and general administration

Requirements
【REQUIREMENTS】
• Experience in retail sales, administration or after sales services
• Intermediate level English for overseas communication (phone and e-mail)
• Office Administration skills using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Customer-service minded
• Good communication skills
• Multi-tasker with ability to prioritize different job responsibilities
• Self-motivating attitude

【DESIRABLE SKILLS, CHARACTERISTICS OR BACKGROUND (not a must)】
• Background in jewelry or luxury industry
• Knowledge of jewelry repair and/or learning attitude
• GIA G. G. (Graduate Gemologist) diploma
