Job Description
• monitor actual vs budget/forecast and identify risks and opportunities in a timely manner
• make a proposal with budget owners for opportunities and corrective actions for risks
• responsible for the Actual vs Plan reporting to the HQ following the group schedule and guideline
• distribute Controlling Reports regularly to those concerned
• model a new report as needs arise
• develop and improve processes and tools relating to Controlling

• 3-5 year Controlling experience
• high communication ability, both in Japanese and English
• strong analytical skill
• facilitation and project management experience
• Experience at FMCG multi-national companies
