Job DescriptionDaily duties include:
Act as contact person for boutique staff, customers, teams and overseas offices for customer claims;
Deliver excellent service ensuring 100% customer satisfaction at all times;
Cooperate with local teams on how to solve problems and find solutions;
Communicate with European headquarters on customer inquiries;
Handle customer/boutique staff inquiries over phone/e-mail;
Track status of delivery and ensure deadlines are met;
Estimate and approve costs.
RequirementsPositive, professional and customer-oriented attitude;
Efficient skills in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word);
Native Japanese with excellent communication skills;
Reading and writing proficiency in business English;
Strong interest in brand and product knowledge;
Be able to work effectively as a team-player;
Pro-activeness, problem-solver, team-player;
Background in luxury goods or customer service a huge plus.
