Job Description
• Provide information on products, handle orders over the phone
• Respond to inquiries directly from customers, over phone and e-mails, related to repairs, product availability, general inquiries
• Coordinate shipping arrangements, and cooperate with other departments for product repairs and engraving
• Manage customer information in company database
• Act as ambassador for the company, you will provide top quality customer service at all times
• Assist with any on-going projects to improve the work efficiency in the office

Requirements
【REQUIREMENTS】
• Excellent hospitable communication skills, both verbally and written
• IT skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)

【DESIREABLE SKILLS, CHARACTERISTICS OR BACKGROUND (not a must)】
• Previous experience in retail sales in jewellery or luxury industry
• Previous experience in call centre
• Business level of English or Chinese
