Job Description
• Receive and manage customer claims, post and pre-escalated to local head office
• Collect information related to product and product quality
• Coordinate repairs locally or with headquarters overseas
• Communicate with stores and other teams to confirm product details and reports, aiming to resolve customer claims
• Work closely with headquarter in order to ensure product quality is met and improved
• With a good understanding of spare parts, request process and management, improving repair process and customer satisfaction.

• A strong interest and passion for fashion and luxury
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Work well in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-oriented attitude
• Native-level Japanese

• A strong interest and passion for fashion and luxury goods
• Experience as store staff or in customer service
• Experience in fashion or luxury industry
