Job Description
You will have the opportunity to gain excellent hands-on experience in a fast-paced fashion e-commerce environment. Acting as the ambassador of the company to customers and partners alike, your responsibilities will include:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, e-mail and other communication channels such as SNS
• Provide information regarding products, services and other related inquiries
• Support with inquiries on faulty products, product returns and exchanges
• Deliver the highest level of customer service to both customers and partners, in any method of communication

• We are seeking both junior (1 years' experience work experience) and senior candidates (3+ years' customer service experience)
• Efficient skills in IT (Microsoft applications or any customer service specific IT systems)
• Hardworking, passionate, confident and articulate – being able to deliver great customer service at all time
• Verbal Japanese for internal communication, business English for overseas communication

• Native level Korean is highly welcomed
• Customer service experience is welcome, preferably in luxury/fashion retail industry, travel, hotel or e-commerce environment
• Good understanding of fashion/luxury brands
