Job Description

Reporting to the department supervisor, you will have the opportunity to gain excellent hands-on experience in a fast-paced fashion e-commerce environment. Acting as the ambassador of the company to customers and partners alike, your responsibilities will include:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, e-mail and any networking channels, such as WeChat
• Provide information regarding products, services and other related inquiries
• Deliver the highest level of customer service to both customers and partners, in any method of communication


• 1+ years’ experience in customer service, preferably in luxury/fashion, hospitality or e-commerce environment
• Efficient skills in IT (Microsoft applications or any customer service specific IT systems)
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Quick learner with international mindset to co-work with colleagues of different background
• Hardworking, passionate, confident and articulate – being able to deliver great customer service at all time
• Good level of English for international communication

• Mandarin speakers welcome!
• Good understanding of fashion/luxury brands
