Job Description
Working in a team environment, you will support your designated department, with main focus on supporting the sales and customer service of electronic parts. Job responsibilities include:

• Order processing, delivery date management and adjustment
• Invoice preparation, quotation preparation
• Cooperation with related departments (production planning, import/export, warehouses)
• Price confirmation and inspection follow-up
• Telephone correspondence from customers and sales
• Sales support operations (document creation, ad-hoc administration support)

• Business English Level for written & verbal communication
• Previous experience as sales assistant, or in customer service
• Previous experience in manufacturing or trading companies
• Efficient skills in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, PPT)
• Practical experience in SAP

• Salesforce experience in the electronic device’s industry
• Work experience in a foreign company
