Job Description

Document all manners related to each request;
Channel essential information and direct request to relevant line;
Act as correspondence for communication with other offices and networks overseas;
Organize logistics by coordinating activities and services based on individual requests;
Maintain professional working relationship with company network and service providers;
Keep all office equipment in working order and report to admin manager on office maintenance;
Ensure continuity of services to customers by manning the telephone or other communication systems;

2 months training + 4 months on the job training from day of employment.

Requirements

Team work is a MUST;
Deliver excellent customer service;
Great at handling pressure and setbacks;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English;

Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
