Job Description
- Guarantee precise and timely orders processing according to internal policy and sales comnditions
- Guarantee customer experience through an excellent "online assistance"
- Support Sales force in customer service activities from offer to order management
- Assure that orders are in compliant with TG sales conditions and grant the follow up
- Manage orders portfolio, assuring precise and updated information on delivery schedule
- Grant adequate feedback to customers' enquiries
- Manage post delivery calls in order to assess customers' satisfaction
- Liaise with logistic operatiors to grant product delivery
- Everything needed to properly cover the assigned responsibilities

- Long term customer relationship approach
- Negotiation skills
- Polite communication skills
- ERP systems knowledge (BAAN)
- CRM management knowledge
- Knowledge of local VAT/Fiscal regulation
- Fluent in English (recommended)
- Inbound / Shipping management
- Multiple tasking in collaboration with other related departments
- PC Skills (Excel, Word)
