Job Description
The operators support with both B2B and B2C. As a Customer Service Specialist (supervisor), you will be reporting to the Customer Service Director, leading a team of operators. Currently in the company outsources 300 operators, who are led by 2-3 other supervisors.

As a specialist, you will assist with the improvement of customer satisfaction, taking lead with great problem analysis and solutions.
Your job responsibility will include the following:
- Design and cost management of target KPI
- Analysing roblems and make improvements on business flow design
- Coordination with other departments in other to improve customer service
- Initiate proposals for business growth and service improvment

Requirements
- Previous customer service/call center experience
- Team leader, supervisor or management level work experience with vendors or internal call center team
- Business level English OR business level Chinese , with proficiency in Japanese reading, writing and daily conversation speaking level
- Great interpersonal skills for external and internal communication
- Problem solving ability, and adaptability to a fast changing environment
