Job DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY:
-This is a full time position
-In charge of Daily Customer interaction
-Ensure that all order related assignments are being processed and completed with accuracy
-Being a point of contact with customer
-Supporting Internal Events
-Minimum 2 years of working experience at the company.
-At least 1 year working experience in customer service industry or related position
-Excellent personality and interpersonal skills
-Positive attitude, problem solving oriented, hospitable.
-Native level Japanese, Business level English
