Job Description
-Handle clients’ queries by phone, emails-
-Process clients’ deposit and withdraw with Finance team
-Create and send trading statement to clients
-Book clients’ order by phone
-Client reference check

Requirements
-Customer service experience in FX, CFD, Binary company
-FX, CFD knowledge
-English Skill (reading & writing. Speaking skill is a plus)
