Job DescriptionWe are looking for Cyber Security Professional for a leading life insurance company based in Tokyo and also remotely work with offshore offices.
You will be expected to play a critical role as Cyber Security Support Analyst to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the company’s and customer’s information.
Immediate focus areas will be coordination of application risk assessments, application security testing and remediation as required.
Proactively work with the local teams as well as global counterparts for promoting application security awareness and vulnerabilities mitigations to meet security standards.
In charge of planning application security awareness and discussing vulnerabilities mitigation.
Ensure each step of the application risk assessment and security testing process is completed to make application more secure with application development team.
Act as a contact point for our application developers and external testing partners to mitigate application vulnerabilities.
Raise secure SDLC awareness via training sessions, lunch & learns on application vulnerability issues.
Review vulnerability mitigation proposals and approve/reject change requests.
Promote shift-left the application security in SDLC.
Expect to be a subject matter expert in one or more of following key security areas: application security, security assessment & testing, security intelligence & incident response, vulnerability management, Infra & network security, identity & access management, and security monitoring & operations.
RequirementsBusiness level English and advanced level Japanese
Intermediate level of IT background and project management experience
Excellent customer services and support skills in IT services
Willing to learn new IT technologies and archive goals in IT Security
Any application security experience is very beneficial
Software Development, Application Support and Programming experiences
Holding any IT related certification
