Job Description
■Reason for Hire
This company is looking to significantly scale its Japan Operations over the next few years.
This company is looking for a strong delivery head to oversee very large account teams of over 250 personnel and in-depth knowledge of the Japan market as a whole.

■Roles & Responsibility
・Manage Client Relationships, steering committees and overall account growth
・Responsible delivery oversight and direction for the entire Japan portfolio for the client
   ・Application Services across the multiple service lines ranging from Application Development, Insights and Data, Testing,
    Digital and Enterprise Services Technologies
   ・Must have handle Accounts/Team size of 200+ full time employees for Japanese clients
   ・Manage risks and issues including client communications where required

・Organize Status Reviews with Portfolio Account Executive drive Portfolio Financial & Operational KPIs
・Reviewing & negotiating the financial estimates, contracting
・Drive Delivery Transformation and continuous process improvements and client value additions
・Drive Employee Engagement
・Ownership of few of the account & Insurance Business Unit level initiatives
・Represent owned engagements during client visits/new business development

■Required Skills
・Experience in end-to-end Delivery management of large engagements (Team size of 200+ full time employees for Japanese clients) at any of SIer
 or Consulting firms.
・Experience in establishing and managing large engagements by way of geographically distributed teams from China and India
・Better to have experience in working with Life Insurance clients based out of Japan (At least, any of Banking, Finance, Securities,
 Insurance clients experience as mandatory)
・Leadership experience in continuous improvement initiatives and operations
・Thorough Knowledge of Contract management, financial management
・Knowledge of application development and test methodologies/lifecycles
・Good communication skills and change management abilities
・Client management experience in a leadership role during the career is a must
・Fluent in both Japanese and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
