As a planner who can make proposals including all aspects of demand planning, supply planning and inventory management of finished products, we will contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibility:

Review inventory status and take the necessary remedial actions to ensure that you reach your DOS , service level, and net inventory goals.
Review current inventory and demand management processes and improve or redefine relevant processes as needed. Also document & update the procedure.
We will create a KPI (Key Performance Indicator) report related to inventory status and demand forecast, and confirm whether there is any improvement.
Get demand information from sales and marketing and generate supply plans. We also agree on demand forecasts with related departments.
If necessary, evaluate SAP setup and demand management tools and make the appropriate changes.
Review performance against monthly demand forecasts and report root causes and actions at SIOP / inventory meetings as needed.
In order to keep the inventory level optimal, we will review the specific situation as necessary.
Review retained inventory and E & O and work with relevant departments to identify reduction plans and actions.
Create various reports on inventory status to see the potential for further optimization of inventory balance.
Prepare and lead the materials for the monthly SIOP meeting.
By acquiring information on campaigns / new products and reflecting it in the demand plan, we adjust inventory and support various events.
Perform daily backorder analysis and take action to mitigate risk.
We will prepare monthly inventory status summaries and key actions for the headquarters report .

[Required experience and qualifications]
Knowledge of Excel , PowerPoint , Power BI, E1, SAP, and other ERP systems
It is possible to carry out business accurately even in an organization in which departments and product groups are matrixed globally.
You can be influenced by others with the consciousness of continuous improvement.
Has experience and financial knowledge of similar businesses.
Has excellent oral, written and presentation skills in English.
4- year university graduate.
2 ~4 experience of years of inventory management in general and the supply chain (if there is a work experience of five to 10 years Planning business of desirable. )
