Job Description

1. 供給計画。需要予測に基づき、協力工場における週次生産計画の立案を行う。
2. サービス・品質を犠牲にすることなく、在庫レベル、ビジネスウェイスト、コストの3つをバランスさせる。
3. 協力工場の日別計画の立案は行わないが、週次計画共有・合意について、協力工場やサプライヤーとの密な連絡を行うべく円滑なコミュニケーションを行う。
4. 調合・充填のキャパシティプランニングを行い、必要なアクションの提案を行っていく。
5. 廃棄が決定したものについては、速やかに廃棄提案を行い、廃棄を実施していく。
6. 月次の仕事ー月末の締め作業、先々のビジネスウェイスト予測、在庫の予測。
7. 計画立案時はSAP-ECC, APOを用いる。
8. 別途、新製品プロジェクト立ち上げ、製品切り替え時のシミュレーションや、リスクの提示、必要なアクションの提案を各ファンクションと協力しながら行う。

This position to generate unconstrained demand forecast to drive business through S&OP.
Working under category planner and be responsible for running S&OP with managing forecast accuracy and
biases. Correcting demand drivers from Marketing gruoup and sales department, and lead S&OP team to agree the forecast by having
transparent eyes onto forecast. This position closely work with Marketing, Finance and Customer Service team.
• Generate SKU level baseline forecast using SAP APO-DP.
• Generate innovation forecast with co-work with marketing and sales department.
• Responsible for analyze and explain the reason of forecast change to let S&OP team to understand and to drive corrective actions to close gap.
• Work closely with Marketing/Sales department to ensure most realistic assumption is reflected and to translate it into volume forecast within the specified horizon/ lead-time.
• Participate and lead S&OP meetings to obtain decisions from business team.
• Analyze forecast bias and forecast accuracy results for their own category and take actions to identify what is working and what is NOT working well.
• Manage end-to-end process of demand planning for his/her own category/categories



・BtoC企業でSupply/Demand planner 3年以上の経験
・SAP APO-DPに関しての知識/経験
