Job Description
As a CRM Specialist, you will be in charge of various CRM activities, as well as digital marketing.

Main responsibilities:
- CRM system maintenance/enhancement
- CRM data maintenance
- Newsletter management
- CRM event management
- Customer service function management
- Social media maintenance, contents creation/management
- Track and report digital marketing activities (in Japanese and English)



- University degree
- 3+ years experience in CRM, experience in digital marketing is a plus
- Bilingual: Business level English and Japanese
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/Dreamweaver
- High communication skills, both written and verbal
