Job Description
- Build digital communication strategy in Japan to create synergy offline and online to boost business
- Possess an up-to-date understanding on media and market environment and use earned, owned, paid media to optimize brand image and visibility
- Work closely with Regional team to plan and review activities
- Digital promotion and tie-up, as well as digital adv such as SEM, affiliate, listing for new customer conversion
- Owned social platform (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) to maximize reach and engagement and enhance conversion to EC
- Manage Key Opinion Leaders and influencers to optimize reach and engagement
- Be responsible for the annual communication budget, and closely monitor results and traffic generated through media activity

- At least 5 years of communications experience, and able to manage digital mix (earned, owned, paid).
- Degree from a recognized university
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- Business level English (spoken and written)
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Results oriented with good attention to detail
- Experience in offline media (magazines, publications) a bonus
