Job Description
• Develop, implement and manage digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Work closely with the marketing and corporate communications teams to drive all digital marketing activities, execute and monitor all online advertising or promotional campaigns
• Manage search engine marketing campaigns to optimize the hotel's online presence by working with the hotel's appointed search marketing agency
• Monitor the hotel’s website traffic, and identify trends and opportunities to grow the online business
• Be up to date with current and future digital marketing trends, competitors activities, and make recommendations
• Ensure consistent corporate branding image in all online spaces the hotel is in
• Find new online business opportunities for all aspects of the hotel's businesses
• Work with the communications team to propose overall digital strategy in conveying the hotel’s key communication messages
• Manage the hotel’s social media engagement and direct marketing efforts
• Provide training for relevant managers/executives in the hotel to foster better understanding of digital marketing
• Attend training programs set by the hotel

• Possess a degree in a recognized university, preferably in Mass Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, New Media or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of digital marketing experience/marketing communications experience with solid digital marketing exposure
• Initiative, team player, ability to multi-task and good analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Oral and written fluency in Japanese and English
