Job Description

- Support e-commerce team in formulating digital merchandising strategies
- Work with key retailers to enhance awareness of the brand's products and improve visibility and conversion
- Drive all digital merchandising activities on key EC platforms in alignment with overall digital strategy
- Monitor and analyze the brand and competitors' merchandising strategies
- Provide key insights to various teams to support customer growth
- Define and coordinate the implementation of digital merchandising strategies on retailers' websites.
- Keep updated with best practices and continually improve keyword strategy development by working with digital marketing team.
- Work with stakeholders to execute improvement strategies and measure KPIs to assess retailer digital merchandising strategies


- Business-related degree from a recognized university
- Experience in managing brands and products on online platforms
- Experience in larger retailers/agencies with exposure to data and insights
- Digital brand communication a plus
- Robust understanding of eCommerce and mCommerce
- Good understanding of how merchandising can influence core business metrics
- Excellent communication skills with Japanese & English proficiency (written & spoken)
- Good analytical and negotiation skills
- Good project management skills
- SEO/SEM/Google Analytics knowledge a plus
