Job Description- Be responsible for sales operations of the hotel
- Be accountable for corporate, events sales, budget and P&L, revenue forecasting and formulation of business plans.
- Lead the development and execution of short and long-term strategies to achieve hotel’s revenue objectives and enhance market share
- Manage the sales team to ensure that all targets are met
- Develop new markets and business segments.
Requirements- At least 3 years of working experience as Director of Sales or Director Business Development, senior sales will be considered
- Preferably in hotel industry, travel industry can be considered
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem solving skills
- People-oriented with good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
