Job Description
• Formulate annual E-Commerce sales and profitability plans and consistently monitor results for the E-Commerce channel
• Analyze market needs and competitive intelligence, adjust management and operational strategies based on the different sales situations, implement and execute plans
• Develop, train and manage the E-Commerce team to maintain marketplace accounts
• Work with Product Line Owners to set, monitor and adjust pricing to align with business objectives
• Lead meetings with other departments to ensure accuracy of forecasts
• Enhance share of e-commerce to retail sales without compromising retail sales within established channels
• Identify and generate new business opportunities and relationships to expand revenue, profitability and market share
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing to generate and implement online initiatives and inform go-to-market strategies
• Work closely with existing E-Channel partners to drive sales growth
• Evaluate issues and effectively communicate technical and non-technical solutions to peers and customers

Requirements
• At least 3 years online marketing, e-commerce and communication experience, working with major online platforms
• At least 3 years of business or marketing experience in consumer goods industry
• Good understanding of online marketing, trends, web standards, CMS, web analysis and new marketing tools
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, decision making skills
• Fluent Japanese and Business Level English, Mandarin a plus.
