- Drive traffic to each brand’s web shops and keep our users engaged with membership program
- Plan digital communication plan to retain customers, keeping high engagement towards brands
- Plan digital advertising plan to acquire new customers
- Posting digital communications timely, via tactically chosen media
- KPI: Number of traffic throughout a year, improvement of engagement by likes and shares.
This KPI will not be evaluated for one-shot success, KPI will be measured how constantly improved
- Knowledge on Social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LINE and understand operations of Business account of each platforms.
- Experience with Social Studio (SFDC) or other Marketing Automation tool is great asset.
- Deep understand in LINE Business account and LINE advertisement.
- Knowledge on CRM and e-DM for membership program.
- Keen Google Analytics, SEO (Search Engine Optimizations) and EC-CUBE
- Skill of Web design, Digital media software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar, is plus
