Job Description
Responsible for analyzing and understanding customer behavior to maximize net sales for a given concept while overseeing and implementing on-site execution. Secure the best customer offer by setting both a short and long-term strategy within the customer journey.
• Optimize selling and establish a vision for a customer journey that drives profitable E-Commerce selling short and long-term and prioritize key actions based on sales impact
• Drive objectives together with the team to secure commercial product placement and communication
• Provide constant and structured in-depth customer behavior analysis to follow up on actions taken, and to identify concept strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats

• 2+ years’ experience working in e-Commerce, preferably in retail
• Strong visual and analytical skills
• Proficient Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Experience Manager and Google Analytics Solutions preferred
• Strong analytical, written, verbal and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work with across functions and competencies
• Ability to provide guidance through our shared values and leadership expectations
