They provide of solutions from Oracle and Infor to their global customers in Japan. They work with many industries including the following: Financial Services, Professional Services, Global Hotels, Manufacturers, Distributors, NPOs.
They are currently seeking a new permanent, full-time ERP / Accounting System Implementation Consultant to support their growing customer base. They are looking to fill Junior to Medium positions (3 years experience plus in any ERP or Enterprise Accounting Systems).
Job DescriptionLearn Oracle NetSuite and Infor SunSystems software
Business requirements gathering and gap analysis
Develop deep knowledge in several of following modules: accounting, purchasing, sales, inventory.
Process design, process documentation, integration testing, data conversions, report development, end user training
Test, train and troubleshoot system for client while being the initial support contact for the client.
Learn how to accurately estimate a variety of project tasks.
Learn how to perform work plans, identify resource requirements, understand and establish priorities for available resources and monitor the performance of project tasks.
Learn project management skills and how to ensure that the project deliverables are completed on time and anticipate issues or conditions that may impact the original estimate or project budget.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree – Accounting, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Software Engineering, Software Development, Computer Science, IT, Education or related degree.
Strong Business Japanese and English skills.
3 years+ in system implementation (accounting or ERP)
Excellent communication and social skills.
Strong problem solving skills.
Familiar with MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Knowledge in programming (ie Java script etc), or databases a plus.
Ability to quickly learn and understand software, research features and functions.
Strong organization skills with the ability to multi task.
Knowledge of accounting a plus.
Must be a team player and possess a positive attitude.
