- Closely work with event organizer to provide them professional advice and assist with them on their planning.
- Menu recommendation and customization to increase sales.
- Contact and coordinate with external vendors to arrange special request from clients.
- Account management to maintain and strengthen guest loyalty.
- Experience related to banquet or front office is mandatory.
- Food and beverage expertise is preferred.
- Knowledge in Deplhi or OPERA is a big advantage.
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
