- Mainly supporting the President, but also general administrative support.
- Managing President's calendar, organizing business travels, meetings.
- Supporting with presentations.
- Supporting the President with private matters.

- 3 to 5 year experience as executive assistant, or in similar role in corporate affairs and administration.
- Business level English, oral and written.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical industry would be an asset.
