Job Description
- Managing schedules and meeting arrangements
- Preparing letters, business presentations, and reports
- Booking president’s transport & accommodation
- Visitor support
- Supporting promotional events

Requirements
- University Degree
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in secretarial /administrative work in a multinational environment
- PC skills mandatory(Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
- Simultaneous/Consecutive interpreting experience is a plus
(employee meeting, business meeting w/external stakeholders)
- Fluent English and Native Japanese
- Experience in Retail or luxury is a plus
