Job Description

As an executive assistant, you will be supporting 3-5 partners, with job duties including:
• Schedule management
• Business trip arrangements (both domestic and overseas)
• Act as correspondence for phone calls and e-mails Telephone
• Coordinate internal and external appointments, such as meetings and dinner reservations
• Arrange gifts, greeting cards, thank you notes and business card management
• Handle expenses and invoice processing


• Team work in order to cooperate with other secretaries
• Business English for phone and e-mail correspondence
• Some secretarial experience

• Previous executive secretary experience at a larger corporation
• Intermediate IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Business level English ability (TOEIC 800 or higher)
