Controlling, Staff / Project Leader - Controlling Dept. Finance & Administration Div.


•Work in a Controlling team, with a Controlling manager and three Controlling staff

【Key role and tasks】

•Prepare monthly P/L projection (Forecast) and analysis

•Periodic and adhoc reporting for HQ and local management

•Maintain internal control and compliance over spending (e.g. Request for Approval, expense reports, etc)

•Budget management and consultancy for responsible departments

•Adhoc projects



•Minimum 5 years of solid experience in financial analysis, financial consulting, and/or controlling role in a substantial size organization

•Understanding of IFRS

•Understanding of financial statements (P&L, Cashflow, Balance Sheet, etc.)

•Experience in preparing P&L statement and business forecast

•Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Vlookup, Pivot, etc.) and Powerpoint

•Language◦Japanese (native level)

◦English (fluent, business level)

•Excellent communication and organization skills

•Self-motivated and good team player with customer-oriented mindset

•Proficiency in ERP system (e.g. SAP)

•Ability to work under pressure and multitasking in fast changing business environment

•Project management experience


•Familiar with workflow systems and Business Intelligence tools

•Knowledge of automotive industry
