Job Description
• Prepare variance analysis for financial reporting based on Global guidelines
• Prepare monthly and regularly scheduled reports to support effective decision making
• Prepare full company P&L budget based on Global guidelines
• Support monthly/quarterly/annual closing including various report submissions utilizing SAP
• Prepare full company P&L forecasts (quarterly plus periodical landing forecasts) based on Global guidelines
• Manage ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests from management
• Support Global and Regional financial initiatives/projects as required

Requirements
• Minimum 5 year experience in general accounting and finance, of which minimum 2 years experience in financial analysis
• Experience in consumer goods sales and marketing financial analysis is a plus
• Fluent Japanese and business English
