It has been in Japan since 2002 with around 9000 employees. Job Description
1.プラントマネージャーの補佐、事務・会計業務の全体管理
2.運転維持管理契約に基く費用の管理
3.所員の人事業務をサイト側で担当する
4.事務員に指示、管理・監督を行う
5.事務・会計に関する事項について、本社と適宜連絡・調整を図る
6.資機材の調達に関するサプライヤーとの調整
7.プラントマネージャーの指示を受けてその他業務を実行する(例:コスト
削減、提案項目等)
8.必要に応じて資産管理を行う

Requirements
- Fluent Japanese and Business Level English.
- Finance experience is a must, HR or admin experience preferred.
- High communication skills.
- SAP knowledge is preferred.
