Job Description
• Ensure that team members have good working knowledge of food and beverages and effectively convey these to guests
• Develop strategies to manage and train staff effectively
• Ensure that restaurant tables, service stations are arranged and set up correctly
• Arrange daily meetings for restaurant team and attend daily meetings
• Ensure up-to-date training materials are circulated to relevant staff
• Ensure that VIP guests are treated according to hotel's high standards
• Conduct and attend all meetings in absence of managers
• Ensure outlet operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining hotel's standards
• Communicate outlet performance to Manager and senior management
• Create and implement plans for department sales, profit and staff development

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory position, preferably in a luxury hotel
• Japanese, English writing and oral proficiency, French a plus
• Highly motivated with strong leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of French cuisine, wine and beverages
• Ability to relate to all levels of guests and management
• Detail-oriented, with extensive service knowledge
