A European fashion brand and one of the top luxury brands in the world is looking for a GA Coordinator.

Job Description
・ Regular replenishment of office equipment, order management
・ Receiving goods at the office
・ SSC contact (FS, health checkup, general recruitment request, office-related contact)
・ Office layout related support (seat transfer, seating chart management, landline / extension management)
・ PA support to GM & Function Manager (booking of business trips, schedule management)
・ Other general affairs (FS / event setup related support, voucher drafting, voucher arrangement related)
・ Payroll review
・ Salary budget creation

Requirements
・ Fluent in English and Native Japanese language (Written and Verbal)
・3-4 years of experience working in General Affairs/ Administration position
・A strong interest and passion for Fashion
・Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word
・Ability to work in fast paced environment
