Job Description
• Map current process, identify gaps vs defined model, define recovery action plan and assure successful execution
• Be responsible for running weekly KPI reports and sharing results with Sales and Marketing Managers
• Identify and define recovery plans and road map
• Ensure that execution of action plan is on track
• Conduct data analysis and use results to develop improvement measures
• Conduct field visits with sales representatives
• Coordinate and conduct training sessions
• Be main point of contact and perform sales reviews with HQ

• 1-2 years experience in a consulting / training position
• 1-2 years experience in B2B sales in any industry
• Proficiency in Japanese and English (spoken & written)
• Salesforce and structured sales process knowledge
• Global minded with good communication and presentation skills
• Results-oriented
