◆職務内容(Expected tasks)
Key responsibilities that are required to deliver success include:
Own and drive the vision for the business around multiple games, balancing the Business, Design and PM perspectives to deliver an optimal balance of creative design and science (AEM) into game development from the earliest stages of product lifecycle
Focus out-of-team communications on clear product messaging and actions
Manage, develop and inspire team leaders and members while creating strong positive relationships with the entire staff, as well as peers
Build AAA mobile games via understanding of best in breed analytics, creative, product, talent and organizational structure
Attract, develop, inspire, and lead high performers, creating a culture that motivates and retains world class talent required for success
Look for new opportunities in developing areas of the mobile games market, using advanced technologies, EA’s scale and deep understanding of the ever-evolving market
Work in deep partnership with regional and global publishing groups, leveraging consumer insights, market feedback, as well as platform and channel expertise drive effective go to market strategies

◆必要なスキル・経験(Required skills & experience)
・10+ years relevant work experience including a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Producer or Director.
・10+ years’ experience managing large game teams, managed 2 or more locations is a plus
・Prior leadership experience including significant exposure to senior levels of management
・Strong track record overseeing published game titles, live services, and games as a service (preferably operated in a mobile environment)
・Proven track record in building highly effective interpersonal business relationships and generating business in a highly matrixed organization
・Experience running P&Ls and operating budgets for a game or studio
・Adaptability and ability to collaborate and lead a mildly distributed team
・Enjoys an interactive and agile work environment and collaborates well with various work styles
・Creative and sharp business sense with exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
・Ability to project manage and work effectively under deadlines and in complex business environments
・Ability to travel internationally.
