 Management of various numerical and other data
 Sales support (support with data analysis, market research, etc.)
 Document making in word and excel
 Department admin duties (assistance with sales reports, contracts, billing, etc., managing schedules & meetings, other admin duties as required)

 Language skills (Should be capable of dealing with e-mails and phone calls in both Japanese and English)
 Word, Excel, Power Point knowledge (no need for macros)
 Bookkeeping qualification, experience in the real estate or hotel industry a bonus
