Job Description
 Draft real estate information documents
 Create & send direct mail marketing
 Maintenance of real estate data & client lists
 Create & manage documents including contracts, sales reports, invoices, etc.
 General payment functions
 Business trip arrangements
 Web / SNS update duties
 In charge of departmental postal items
 General assistant duties
 English translation / interpretation (where staff has appropriate English ability)

Requirements
 MS Office(Word、Excel、Power Point)
 Experience as a sales assistant is welcome
 The scope of duties may be greater with a real estate background or English ability.

Additional Job Information
This is a contract position, but with a high chance to convert into permanent.
