Create & send direct mail marketing
Maintenance of real estate data & client lists
Create & manage documents including contracts, sales reports, invoices, etc.
General payment functions
Business trip arrangements
Web / SNS update duties
In charge of departmental postal items
General assistant duties
English translation / interpretation (where staff has appropriate English ability)
Requirements MS Office（Word、Excel、Power Point）
Experience as a sales assistant is welcome
The scope of duties may be greater with a real estate background or English ability.
