80% focus on growth in the European & American regions, this position is responsible for offering global marketing strategy and direction, leading overall managing practices globally in collaboration with global group sales companies in order to enhance the brand and drive the business growth.

1) Global brand and marketing strategy planning and implementation -Draft global brand and marketing strategy of the businesses and implement those activities in collaboration with relevant organisations at Head office and stakeholders in Group sales companies.
2) Sales Promotion -Lead Sales Promotion Team responsible for the following activities.
 Take an active role in the management of the sales promotion under the brand guideline and Senior GM of AHQ 
 Managing all sales promotional event for the brand in every country if the event are aligned with the brand image and guideline. Also, communicating with the regional company staff and local agency are required to lead the event.
 Quality, design and concept check of the all sales promotion related campaign contents creation in every country.
 Managing the digital communication marketing strategy for both contents and media aspects. It will include the development of KPI and continuous optimization of digital marketing.
3) PR & Communication -Lead Sales Promotion Team responsible for the following activities.
 Organize and manage on Global PR planning
 Confirm & Approve the regional PR activities and documents
 Operation & manage global brand enhancement(Designer events, Fashion show, etc)
 Issue PR Reports quarterly

4) Retail Management
-Lead Retail Team responsible for the following activities.
 Retail team management for the brand 
 Establish design standards for owned retail and partner retail stores by store type, size,
frontage, demographics, etc.
 Quality and design check of the global visual merchandising (including manual maintenance)
 Works with Direct-To-Customer Division and other function partners to develop grand
opening plans for new store openings.
5) Brand Management
-Lead Brand Management Team responsible for the following activities.
 Branding Control: Confirm brand usage (Logo & design used on the product if they suit with
global brand guideline)
 Manage and update brand guideline
 Intellectual Property check (Contact window)
-Check & review the contents of PR
-Contract & Agreements including double name (designer Contact window)
