Job Description
Currently hiring for group assistants to support executives in their different teams and divisions. You will be responsible for providing support to various executives with complex organizational responsibilities. You should be able to independently complete assigned tasks to meet goals, working in a team environment. We require good business knowledge to communicate and work effectively with the organization and clients. You may also serve as the primary support and act as a liaison between the executives and their team. In certain cases, you should be able to act as the executive representative.

Supporting a small team, your job responsibilities will include:
• Schedule management
• Meeting arrangement
• Dinner and business trip arrangements
• Visitor service, including visitor care from overseas offices
• Expense processing

• Approximately 10 years’ corporate experience, including 5 years’ experience as secretary
• Native Japanese, English level TOEIC 700 or higher
• Microsoft Office software skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well with all levels of management, internal and external staff, such as outside clients and vendors
• Ability to independently solve problems and suggest areas of improvement

• Experience supporting multiple people
• Experience working in foreign companies
