Job Description
・Supporting overall administrative support to the head of HR team (P&O) and the members.
・ Manage and maintain the head of P & O's schedule and email account, filter emails, highlight urgent correspondence, and print attachments.
・ Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements in connection with others and ensure arrangements in place
・ Handle interaction with and support to other colleagues in global team on a local and international basis as well as urgent last-minute tasks
・ Participation and support on project work and initiatives that requires the attention or representation of the head of P & O
・ Support other P & O team members for travel arrangements (hotels, Flights, etc.), expense processing, various approvals, meeting arrangements, and other duties as requested by head of P & O

Requirements
- Assistant experience
- Business English and native Japanese
- Great communication skills
