Job Description
- Answering phone calls and delivering the message correctly and to the right executive.
- Making documents and proofread them (e.g., correspondence, invoices, contracts, meeting minutes, reports, speeches, and presentations) using word processing, presentation, graphics and spreadsheet software.
- Coordinates internal and external meetings, making travel arrangements for attendees and ensuring that various meeting amenities are available.
- Performs other administrative tasks.

- Great communication skills
- Experience supporting foreign executives.
- Willing to learn and not scared to try new tasks
- Having great hospitality to build strong customer relationship

Additional Job Information
This is a contract that is up to 3 years and no opportunity to become permanent, because the project will only last for three years.
Location: Yokohama
