- Compensation review for new hiring / promotions
- Monitoring of Head count and costing
- Participate salary survey
- Provide relevant Comp information to HRBP’s and Line Managers if necessary.
This role will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of new systems.
Requirements7 years HR C&B , COE , HR operations experience.
Solid C&B related skillset
Good HR Vision and ability to build and execute strategy, BP mindset.
