Job Description
Leading all reward, payroll and HRIS initiatives as well as handling all Monthly tasks with 4 subordinates.
Leading all Reward initiative.
Annual salary review process
- Compensation review for new hiring / promotions
- Monitoring of Head count and costing
- Participate salary survey
- Provide relevant Comp information to HRBP’s and Line Managers if necessary.

This role will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of new systems.

Requirements
7 years HR C&B , COE , HR operations experience.
Analytical thinking
Solid C&B related skillset
Management skill.
Good HR Vision and ability to build and execute strategy, BP mindset.
