Job Description
As an HR information officer in the head office department, as a partner of the department's leadership, identify the organizational and human resources needs and challenges necessary to achieve the strategies and goals of each department and provide solutions to solve the problems.

Mid-career recruitment, temporary staff recruitment, new grad recruitment, Personnel planning and labor and dispatch cost management Manage placements, transfers, promotions, demotions, and retirements.
Support for the formulation and implementation of capacity development plans.
Ability to manage performance and labor issues.

Work experience as HR Generalist or HRBP.
HR Systems More than 2 years of mid-career recruitment at a foreign company
English proficiency at business level and above.
