Job DescriptionWHAT WILL I BE DOING?
Implement onboarding and resignation procedures. Include but not limited to contract, insurance, system, email account. Yearly procedures for insurance and income tax for all employees.
Manage HR system to make sure information, working hours, leave application… are correctly input.
Contact with Haken company if any needs.
Make sure company procedures are following working rules and regulations and prepare related documentation.
Other HR related projects
Find and solve issues related to compensation and benefits matters
Requirements3+ years of experience in HR is ideal
Positive thinking with flexibility, work independently
Experience documenting HR processes and identifying areas for improvement
Excellent communication skills
Strong proficiency in Japanese and English
Sense of confidentiality, attention to detail
Ability of organize, prioritize, follow deadlines of multi tasks
