- A hands on role in a larger organisation working in a very good environment.
- Handling Operational and some strategic HR functions including Performance Evaluation in collaborations with the Division managers.
- Collaborating with managers on talent strategies, change management.
- Actively partner, coach & Develop managers and begin to develop executive leadership.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree
- HR Functional knowledge with Business Expertise and good leadership abilities.
- Good at problem solving and making a positive impact on the business.
- Fluent Japanese and Business English required.
