Job DescriptionThis is a HR Business Partner position.
A business partner to each service line, implementing the design, evaluation, talent management, etc. of the personnel systems.
As a senior member you will collaboration with global and domestic HR teams, expanding our knowledge and promoting proposals and operations.
Collaboration with management departments with HRBP in charge of other service departments (audits, etc.).
In addition, due to changes in the learning environment, you will also plan measures for digitization and talent development using advanced technology.
Budget formulation of personnel expenses, etc. and identification of Talent Capability in the medium term.
Identification of Talent
Evaluation system (potential / performance evaluation) planning and operation, identification of various issues and problem solving.
Planning and operation of compensation system, identification of various issues and problem solving
Planning and execution to increase employee satisfaction
Participation in HR related initiatives (culture transformation, introduction / penetration of new evaluation / training framework, introduction / penetration of new HR IT system, etc.)
RequirementsCompany size of 300 or more experienced in building / introducing new personnel system
Negotiating / adjusting with business-side management class and above
Basic understanding of labor laws
Fluent Japanese / Business English
